Respective VAT and Customs duty are chargeable to the buyer depending on the destination’s Country.
– Carriers make a maximum of two delivery attempts – by 6:00 PM – during the estimated shipping time: if the recipient is noted as absent both times the goods return back in stock.
– To unlock the stock and ask for a new delivery, we ask the customer the fee of additional € 15.00.
– It is not allowed the change of the recipient address specified in the order form, once it is processed.
We recommend our kind customers to specify a delivery address where someone is going to be present at the moment of the delivery in the 24/48 working hours after the shipping notification has been sent to you, eg. the workplace.
